As a business customer you can purchase VAT-Free (also known as Tax-Free) from us.

Conditions for purchases as a business customer:

• You must have a valid foreign VAT number
• When placing the order, enter your name and address details with a valid EU VAT number**
• Click on 'continue', your details will be automatically checked
• If the check was successful, you can order VAT-free immediately
• The billing address and delivery address must have the same destination country

** Make sure you fill in the VAT number correctly: BE012345678, FR012345678, DE012345678

If your number is not accepted, it is possible that your VAT number has expired, you have entered the VAT number incorrectly or that your VAT number has not yet been registered in the system. In this case, you can contact our customer service and we will look for a suitable solution together with you.

PLEASE NOTE: It is not possible to settle the VAT paid by you afterwards, check beforehand that you have entered your VAT number correctly.
